SEND IT IN - PACKING AND SHIPPING
Once you have everything ready, go ahead and pack it up:

STEP 4. Pack it well. Shipping can wreak havoc on the fine mechanics and electronics of your camera. Be sure to pack it in a box that allows 3-5 inches on all sides. Packing corn and/or bubble-wrap are great protectors. It’s always better to send it in something bigger than the box that it came in from the manufacturer.

STEP 5. Ship it with insurance. We cannot be responsible for damage to your camera while it is en route to us. Choose a reputable shipping company (US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and insure the package. OUR ADDRESS
